Friendships..
Someone dear to me once said, " People walked in and out of our lives and you have to accept it.." I couldnt agree with him because i guess i could not accept the fact dat im losing 2 of the most impt ppl in my life besides my family members. I wanted them to walk in and never get out... maybe I'm selfish...thking that they'll always be part of my life...haizz..oh well... I guess dat's life. It cant be as perfect as we want it to be. I'll just hope that one day..insyaallah..we will reconcile and relive the old times..I really miss them..will never stop praying for them. I may be losing the 2 of them but I'll always cherish the ones ard me..that's what's most important..People do walked in to my life....in fact, I've just made 2 new friends this week. One was an ex-teacher at AYC who left before I joined AAS and the other who is our OT and is actually staying in the same block as me! ahaks..it's a small world after all... :)
A Lesson In Life
Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of good or bad luck. Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul. Without these small tests, if they be events, illnesses or relationships, life would be like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere.
If someone hurts you, betrays you , or breaks you heart, forgive them. For they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to who you open your heart to.
If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally, not only because they love you, but because they are teaching you to love and opening your heart and eyes to things you would have never seen or felt without them.
Make every day count. Appreciate every moment and take from it everything that you possibly can, for you may never be able to experience it again.
Talk to people you have never talked to before, and actually listen. Hold your head up because you have every right to. Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself, for if you don't believe in yourself, no one else will believe in you either.
You can make of your life anything you wish. Create your own life and then go out and live it.
Sweet Memories...

Appreciating Our Past
It is easy to be negative about past mistakes and unhappiness. But it is much more healing to look at ourselves and our past in the light of experience, acceptance, and growth.
Our past is a series of lessons that advance us to higher levels of living and loving. The relationships we entered, stayed in, or ended taught us necessary lessons.
Some of us have emerged from the most painful circumstances with strong insights about who we are and what we want. Our mistakes? Necessary. Our frustrations, failures, and sometimes stumbling attempts at growth and progress? Necessary too. Each step of the way, we learned. We went through exactly the experiences we need to, to become who we are today. Each step of the way, we progressed. Is our past a mistake? No. The only mistake we can make is mistaking that for the truth.
Today, God, help me let go of negative thoughts I may be harboring about my past circumstances or relationships. I can accept, with gratitude, all that has brought me to today.

Unbelievable!
Kids nowadays are just too much. No. I'm not talking about my students but just normal kids. Was buying fruits at a fruit stall when I heard a kid talking. He was saying this in malay. "Awak...awak ada berape ar? Kita nak beli jambu ar." At first I thought he was talking to his friend but when I turned he was actually alone and.. n talking to me! I simple ignored him and paid the fruit I bought.Unbelievable...and that kid looked very well-fed if you know what I mean. Don't they have a sense of shame that they ask strangers to buy them food in their school uniform? tsk..tsk..and who am I? Their friend? My goodness..My aunt who's a teacher told me that her student once asked her to lend him money to buy food even though he had already eaten and that kid looked well-fed too. Really...I have nothing to say...it's really too much..
Exhausted..
Feeling so exhausted today...went out for like ard 12 hrs yesterday to Mendaki and also SHOPPING!! hehe...Expo was soo crowded due to many exhibitions that the parking lot was extremely full and poor dad had to park near the mrt. Today marks the last day of the school hols.. *sighs* but I looking forward to meet my lil ones. :D

Kadang Tuhan yang mengetahui yang terbaik, akan memberi kesusahan untuk menguji kita.
Kadang Ia pun melukai hati, supaya hikmat-Nya bisa tertanam dalam.
Jika kita kehilangan cinta, maka pasti ada alasan di baliknya. Alasan yang kadang sulit untuk dimengerti, namun kita tetap harus percaya bahwa ketika Ia mengambil sesuatu, Ia telah siap memberi yang lebih baik.
Mengapa menunggu?
Karena walaupun kita ingin mengambil keputusan, kita tidak ingin tergesa-gesa.
Karena walaupun kita ingin cepat-cepat, kita tidak ingin sembrono.
Karena walaupun kita ingin segera menemukan orang yang kita cintai, kita tidak ingin kehilangan jati diri kita dalam proses pencarian itu.
Jika ingin berlari, belajarlah berjalan duhulu,
Jika ingin berenang, belajarlah mengapung dahulu,
Jika ingin dicintai, belajarlah mencintai dahulu.
Pada akhirnya, lebih baik menunggu orang yang kita inginkan, ketimbang memilih apa yang ada.
Tetap lebih baik menunggu orang yang kita cintai, ketimbang memuaskan diri dengan apa yang ada.
Tetap lebih baik menunggu orang yang tepat,
Karena hidup ini terlampau singkat untuk dilewatkan bersama pilihan yang salah, karena menunggu mempunyai tujuan yang mulia dan misterius.
Perlu kau ketahui bahwa Bunga tidak mekar dalam waktu semalam,
Kota Roma tidak dibangun dalam sehari,
Kehidupan dirajut dalam rahim selama sembilan bulan,
Cinta yang agung terus bertumbuh selama kehidupan.
Kebanyakan hal yang indah dalam hidup memerlukan waktu yang lama, Dan penantian kita tidaklah sia-sia.
Walaupun menunggu membutuhkan banyak hal - iman, keberanian, dan pengharapan - penantian menjanjikan satu hal yang tidak dapat seorangpun bayangkan.
Pada akhirnya. Tuhan dalam segala hikmat-Nya, meminta kita menunggu, karena alasan yang penting.
